What is Relola?

Map, curate and share what you care about -- your business, your hobbies, your experiences.

Relola is a web- and mobile-based app, you can quickly drop a “pin” on your map for any location. Write something -- why is it special? Add a photo or video. Then share it on your social channels for engagement and connections.

With Relola Group Maps, you can curate that collective knowledge and experience into an interactive, shareable map of members information. It’s great for teams, non-profit organizations, service providers, and families.

Your interactive map lives on any webpage.  Your Facebook business page. Your website. Everywhere you want to engage with others.

Relola is a single tool that will connect you to everything that matters to you.

What are widgets?

Widgets are little bits of embeddable code that we provide to you so that you can easily (we promise!) put your Insights and your Map on your own website and Facebook business pages. Publish once on Relola, then share everywhere automatically wherever you have the widgets. 

How do I get the widgets?

We're so glad you asked! In your homebase on your desktop, you will find a tab on the left called "Widgets". When you click this tab you will find a one click button to add to your Facebook business page (see image below), your own personal code for your website, and instructions on how to add it to some of the more common websites. You will also find a one click button to send the code to anyone who helps you manage your website. 


Email, Passwords + Bugs Oh My!

I forgot my login or password!

If you have forgotten your password you can reset your password via email by clicking the “Forgot Password” link at the bottom of the login popup. Your login username is the email you used to sign up for Relola. If you no longer have access to that email account or have forgotten which email you used to sign up, you may email us at to update your email address.

That’s annoying, we're sorry about that.

Send an email to and give us as much information as possible (screenshots are great!), including:

  • Are you using the app or the desktop?
  • If using the app, do you have an iPhone or an Android? Which model and operating system?
  • Describe what you were doing when you had the issue.

How do I remove my email from your mailing list?

On the bottom of all email communications you receive from Relola there should be an option to ‘unsubscribe.’ You can modify your email preferences in the Account Settings section of your Homebase.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your profile from either your mobile app or from your desktop.

To edit your profile from your phone, simply tap the menu in the top left corner and then tap profile to update your photo, contact info, saved locations, and social channels.  

To edit your profile from your desktop, click the profile tab on the left of your screen to edit your contact info, bio, saved locations, and social channels. You are able to update your photo by clicking the 'edit' button on your photo at the top left of your homebase.

How do I change my password?

You can update your password in the Account Settings section from either your mobile app or from your desktop.

This section also allows you to update your email settings. 

Working with Groups

What are Group Maps?

Group Maps are a new way to leverage Relola to showcase what you care about. Create a Group Map for anything, from your favorite hiking trails to your volunteer group to your employee team -- and then invite your contacts to add to it.

How do I create a Group Map?

On the web version of Relola, log into your homebase. Click "My Groups" located on the left side of the page. You'll then click the blue button that says "Create a Group". You will then be guided through the steps to create any group you'd like to showcase on a map. The final Group Page will allow you to invite your contacts to join your group. Once they set up an account, they will then be able to contribute pins to this group map.

How do I create a Group Map on mobile?

Right now, you can create a Group Map on the web version of Relola, using your laptop or desktop computer. We are working on the mobile app Group creation as you read this! You can still write insights from your mobile app and publish them to any group in which you are a member.

How do I invite people to my Group Map?

You can invite contacts to your Group Map when you create it. Scroll to the bottom of the page past the Group Map, where you will see a section titled "Build Your Group". From here, you can enter email addresses of your contacts directly into the search field, or you can add contacts directly from your Yahoo or Gmail accounts. Your contacts will get an automated email from Relola inviting them to join your Group Map. You can add members anytime simply by going to My Groups, and selecting your Group Map page.

How do I join a Group Map?

At this time, you will need to receive an invitation from the Group administrator.

Can I add my Group Map to my Facebook Group page?

Not at this time. Facebook doesn't allow third party apps to be installed on Facebook Group pages.

How do I add my listings to Relola?

To add your listings to Relola using ListHub, follow the instructions in the video here.

  • If your broker already has a ListHub account:
  • Log in to your Listhub account
  • Click the Publishers link at the top of the page
  • Click the 'Publisher Choices' tab where you can type in Relola
  • Click the box and then the 'Add Selected' button. It all takes less than a minute to complete!

How can I add a listing or neighborhood place that I don't see on Relola?

If you do not see a listing or a neighborhood place on Relola that you would like to write about, simply drop a pin! Here are a couple of easy to follow videos to help you get started:


Can I remove photos other agents have taken of my listing?

If you are the listing agent you may request that the photos be removed at the discretion of the poster but removal is not immediate or guaranteed. If, however, a photo violates our rules of engagement, please flag the photo for review.

What if someone says something bad about my listing?

We take our content rules very seriously. If an Insight or comment violates any of our rules, click "Flag As Inappropriate" in the bottom right of the Insight or comment. If any user violates our rules three times they are no longer allowed to maintain an active Relola account.

How do I correct information on a listing?

Our listing information is refreshed daily from our feeds. If a listing requires immediate support you can either click "Report a Problem" from the listing page or send an email with the address of the listing and the information to be corrected here.

How does Relola obtain listing information?

We obtain listing information from ListHub, a variety of reputable MLS data feeds and directly from brokerages for the most accurate and up to date homes inventories.
