What is Relola?

What is Relola?

Local expertise is the top differentiator for today’s home buyers and sellers when choosing an agent. Relola is an app where real estate agents capture and share their Insights about all the local listings they’re already viewing. The Insights automatically post to the agent’s site and across their social channels, driving valuable traffic back to their site. Insights also include local features -- coffee shops, dog parks, or preschools. And the Reloladex captures the agents’ top local service providers, from lenders to landscapers.

How do Expert Insights work?

Any agent with an account on Relola who has visited and toured a property listing or a neighborhood place can write and publish a Insight. These Insights include impressions on the a home, a neighborhood establishment, or a local activity, as well as agent contributed photos. Writing Insights allows agents to stand out and gain exposure and business through their insights by showcasing their involvement and knowledge in their commnuity. Additionally, these Insights will be shared automatically to any site with the agent's widgets embedded. Publish once, share everywhere!

What are widgets?

Widgets are little bits of embeddable code that we provide to you so that you can easily (we promise!) put your Insights and your Map on your own website and facebook business pages. Publish once on Relola - share everywhere automatically wherever you have the widgets. If you'd like to learn more about the widgets or need help with your code, email us at support@relola.com

Can I buy or sell a home on Relola?

As a buyer you can use our search parameters to find a home which fits what you’re looking for by looking through property previews and connecting with an agent who understands your priorities. To sell a home on Relola we recommend you list through a real estate agent who is in our Reloladex - a directory of real estate professionals. Relola does not feature “For Sale By Owners” on the site.

How do I cancel or downgrade my account?

If you would like to cancel or downgrade your account, please email us at support@relola.com and an account rep will assist you during our working hours. Please note that we do not provide refunds but we will honor your account until the end of the respective billing cycle.

Where does Relola operate?

Relola currently only operates across The United States of America.

How do I suggest a fix or improvement to the Relola?

Found a bug? That’s annoying, we're sorry about that. Send the issue to support@relola.com and we'll make it a priority!

How do I remove my email from your mailing list?

On the bottom of all email communications you receive from Relola there should be an option to ‘unsubscribe.’ If you require additional assistance you may click here.

What do I do if I forgot my login or password?

If you need help logging into your account you can reset your password via email by clicking the “Forgot Password” link at the bottom of the login popup. Your login username is the email you used to sign up for Relola. If you no longer have access to that email account or have forgotten which email you used to sign up, you may put in a request to update your email address here.

Am I limited to a specific zip code?

You aren't limited by ZIP code! Agents can write an Insight about any listings they've toured in any location they are licensed to practice. Consumers may conduct their search anywhere in the United States.

I'm ready to write an Expert Insight. How do I get started?

You can get started using either your Relola app or by logging into your Homebase on your computer. You will have the option to either drop a pin for a listing or a neighborhood place, or select an available listing that we have made available by our listing feed. Once you've dropped a pin or selected the listing, off you go! Answer just a few questions and then broadcast it out in just a click of a button!

What is a "Qualified Agent"?

“Qualified Agent” refers to the agent's license being in good standing. Agents on Relola are not allowed to provide Insights while their license is suspended. Furthermore, only agents who have visited and toured a property are qualified to (a) write an Insight and (b) correspond with consumers about said property on Relola.

Listings

How do I add my listings to Relola?

To add your listings to Relola using ListHub, follow the instructions in the video here.

  • If your broker already has a ListHub account:
  • Log in to your Listhub account
  • Click the Publishers link at the top of the page
  • Click the 'Publisher Choices' tab where you can type in Relola
  • Click the box and then the 'Add Selected' button. It all takes less than a minute to complete!

We also accept direct listing feeds from Brokerages and MLSs. If you are interested in supplying your direct feed so that your listing data is the most up-to-date on Relola, please email us at support@relola.com.

Can I remove photos other agents have taken of my listing?

If you are the listing agent you may request that the photos be removed at the discretion of the poster but removal is not immediate or guaranteed. If, however, a photo violates our rules of engagement, please flag the photo for review.

Can I remove a listing from Relola?

Relola displays only homes that are currently listed as on the market by our feeds. In order to remove your listing from Relola, please have the listing removed at the point of origin. This is usually a brokerage or MLS feed. This change will reflect on Relola within 24 hours. If you have removed the listing more than 24 hours ago and it is still published on Relola, or if a listing is displayed incorrectly, please contact us.

What if someone says something bad about my listing?

We take our content rules very seriously. If an Insight or comment violates any of our rules, click "Flag As Inappropriate" in the bottom right of the Insight or comment. If any user violates our rules three times they are no longer allowed to maintain an active Relola account.

How do I correct information on a listing?

Our listing information is refreshed daily from our feeds. If a listing requires immediate support you can either click "Report a Problem" from the listing page or send an email with the address of the listing and the information to be corrected here.

How does Relola obtain listing information?

We obtain listing information from ListHub, a variety of reputable MLS data feeds and directly from brokerages for the most accurate and up to date homes inventories.
