Group Maps are the primary way to leverage Relola to showcase what you care about. Create a Group Map for anything, from your favorite hiking trails to your volunteer group to your employee team to your customer/follower/fan experience -- and then invite your contacts to join Relola and add to it.
If you can see the group's map and if there is an "Add Post" button on the map, you can join the group by clicking "Add Post."
Or, to join any group, you can ask an Administrator of that group to send you an invitation.
Using the web browser version of Relola (optimized for computer, not mobile device):
How-to video: Inviting Someone to a Group Map
Option 1 (works only if the group is "Open" and not "Read-Only"): Send them a link to any web page that contains the map and advise them to join by clicking "Add Post" from the map, then logging in
Option 2 (works only if the group is "Open" and not "Read-Only"): Send them a link to the map even if it is not displayed on any other web pages:
Option 3 (works regardless of group settings; you must be an Administrator of the group): Invite people via email from the Group Details page:

How-to video: Checking Which Group a Post is Shared With
You may have submitted the post to a different Relola Group, or to no Group at all. Once you have submitted a post, you can't change which Group it is associated with. Each post can be associated with only one Group. You may create as many posts as you wish for any locations you wish, and submit each one into any Group you're a member of.

Each pin on the map marks the location of at least one post (i.e. data record). If there have been multiple posts at a single location, the map will still show just one pin at that location.
As you zoom out your map view, pins that are close to each other will cluster together into circles marked with the number of clustered pins. As you zoom in, clusters will break into individual pins. Either way, each pin (or number of pins shown in a cluster) still represents a location, not the number of posts at that location.

You can insert a map as a new tab on your Facebook Business page. Facebook requires you to have at least 2000 followers. To add the map:
Once the map has appeared on Facebook, you can use Facebook settings to rename its tab and move it higher up in the tab navigation order.
If you are the listing agent, you may request that the photos be removed at the discretion of the poster, but removal is not immediate or guaranteed. If, however, a photo or post is inappropriate or violates our rules of engagement, please flag it for review or contact support@relola.com to ask us to take it down.
If you are not the author of the listing on Relola: you can either click "Report a Problem" from the listing page, or email support@relola.com with the address of the listing and the information to be corrected.
If you are the listing's author: find the listing in your "My Activity List" on your Homebase https://www.relola.com/homebase and click the pencil icon to edit it.
Or email support@relola.com and we'll get back to you right away.
